If you can eat 100% dark chocolate, it's a great source of antioxidants! But anything under 100% has sugar in it, which is not great since the sugar will counteract the benefits of the cacao antioxidants. So I usually prefer to eat blueberries for the antioxidants, and keep the chocolate (I usually eat 75% dark chocolate) as a pleasure food rather than a health food. | Glucose Goddess
